- Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code and courier partner serviceability.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before payment.
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
- You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.
- All products are securely packed to maintain freshness, hygiene, and quality.
- We use food-grade packaging materials wherever applicable.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.
- In case of damaged, leaked, or missing items, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
- Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
